About Josie:

I am a 26 year old girl living in Cambridgeshire with my boyfriend Tom.

I have a degree in physiotherapy and have worked as a physiotherapist for 5 years. This work has engrained how important person-centred care is, as well as the importance of inclusivity and accessibility. I try to implement this into my photography by creating a person-centred approach and being inclusive to the LGBTQ+ community and all cultures and religions.

My work has taught me how to be empathetic and compassionate and I feel this benefits my photography as I am aware that not everyone loves having their photo taken and I can now adjust my approach to help anyone feel more comfortable in front of the camera.

I love to travel and was lucky enough in 2025 to travel to 6 countries including Australia and Japan. I embraced full cultural experiences including attending a Japanese tea-ceremony, going to a geisha traditional dance and embracing their true traditions.

I want to bring this into my photography to start doing more cultural weddings and am looking forward to learning how to shoot different cultural weddings, to the best of my ability.

When I’m not travelling, I love paddleboarding and being in the outdoors. I also love trying new gins, my favourite cocktail is an aperol spritz or a lychee martini and I love trying traditional cultural foods!
